In order for you the customer to be comfortable that you have come to the best solution, you would have to interview many reps from many companies. With access to the products and services of over 40 carriers one call to us will give you direct access to those carriers and an unbiased opinion of which would provide the best solution for your needs. Our strong knowledge of carrier specific pricing and service models allows us to present you with better pricing and make you aware of potentially lower cost solutions than if you were to “go it alone” and rely upon what the direct reps represented to you.

Service providers would rather distribute their products and services through the agent channel as it costs them far less in terms of both direct compensation and overhead costs. Therefore, they are willing to pay us (so you don’t have to). Also, in many circumstances, because we are aware of the competitive landscape, we have been able to negotiate lower pricing than that which the direct reps can provide.

Since we are not paid large “up front” commissions as the direct reps are, we do not turnover customers as they do. We build long term stable relationships with our customers that have allowed us to grow our business almost exclusively through referrals and add on business from existing customers.

Because we end up working so closely with many of our customer’s pre-existing equipment vendors and techs in order to implement their chosen solutions, we are in a unique position to evaluate those integrators’ performances and therefore comfortably give an accurate recommendation to our other clients.

As an agent, Retra LLC is in a unique position to effect quick resolution to customer / carrier billing disputes. Because we are familiar with carrier billing conventions, we are able to understand and explain charges to our customers before they become contested items. When, as often can initially happen in telecom, there is an incorrect charge we can get it quickly removed and credited. We can do this because carriers know that unless they work with us to quickly and accurately resolve those disputes, we will recommend other, alternative solutions to our customers.
